Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping

a. By opting for our shipping service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and
agreed to our delivery fees, rules and regulations.

b. We ship within Malaysia, to all states. Limited to small to medium sized plants only. Parcels will be send by GD Express (Semenanjung) and MBE Mail Boxes Etc. (East Malaysia) for orders through WhatsApp or J&T for orders through Shopee.

c. Postage will be done Every Weekdays, Monday to Friday (except weekends and Public
Holiday in order to avoid transit delays)

d. Please be advised that your orders will be processed within 1-7 working days from the
purchase date and all orders are processed in batches according to the order number.
Notify us if you required preference delivery timing.

e. Days to Ship from HQ may be vary depending on the volume of orders received while
Days to Arrive depending on the courier service in your area.


f. We will take less than 24 hours to provide you with a tracking number after your item has
been shipped out.

g. Do expect slightly imperfect condition of the plants due to courier risk and lack of sunlight
while in the box. We advised you to give the plants a few days to recover. Any damaged
plants can refer to our Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy.

h. Customer have the rights to select the plant that cost more than RM100.

i. All advertised plants and images are for illustration purposes only. Please be advised
that all plants are unique, have different complexion and features, thus they’ll not come
the same exact feature as in the advertised image.

j. We reserve the right to change the shipping date if the date happens to fall on a Closing
and or any Public Holidays.

Delivery

a. By opting for our delivery service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and
agreed to our delivery fees, rules and regulations.

b. We offer same day delivery only for delivery around Melaka area by purchasing through
our Yezza Store or WhatsApp. And orders have to be made before 4.00PM for same day
delivery or else orders will be delivered on the next day.

c. If customers opt for preference delivery date or timing, do notify our team through
WhatsApp or request for a date on our Yezza Store.

d. Any scheduled orders must only be made at maximum of three (3) days earlier. Orders
made earlier than the duration stated, the company is not responsible for any loss,
damage or any sold out items.

e. For those in Melaka, orders will be send via our in-house runner and 3rd party logistic
partner, GrabExpress depending on the availability.

f. Our delivery charges is vary depending on the areas and size. Flat rates are applied as
stated below:


                        Melaka Tengah District (Ayer Keroh Area) RM8
                        Melaka Tengah District (Others.) RM15
                        Alor Gajah District (Others.) RM25
                        Alor Gajah District (Lubok China, Simpang Ampat, Kuala
                        Sungai Baru, Kuala Linggi & Tampin/Pulau Sebang) RM45
                        Jasin District (Others.) RM25
                        Jasin District (Batang Melaka, Nyalas, Asahan, Sg Rambai) RM35


g. We are not responsible for any damage occurs after delivery has been made to our
customers.

h. We have the right to request for extra charges if needed on certain condition where as
location of delivery is not correspond to any of our listed location.

i. We are not liable for a refund for any late delivery or delay in cause of bad weather
condition.

j. We reserve the right to change the delivery date if the date happens to fall on a Closing
and or any Public Holidays.

Pickup

Pickup Policy

By opting for our self-pickup service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our rules and regulations.

a. We offer a same-day pickup service in which orders have to be made before 4.00PM for the same-day pickup. Otherwise, orders placed after 4.00PM will be processed on the next day.

b. We will only hold self-pick-up items for a maximum of 3 days. If orders aren’t pickup within 3 days, the company is not responsible for any loss or damage to the item. A flat rate of RM3.00 per day will be charged during pick-up to each order for basic maintenance service (watering and sunbath).

c. Any preference pickup date or timing, do notify our team via Crisp Chatbox or Whatsapp 011-50000313.

d. Any scheduled orders must only be placed at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled date. For orders made later than the duration stated, the company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or sold-out items.

e. Any urgent orders need to be placed at least 2 hours before pick-up. The order preparation process will take up to 2 hours to be ready. If you require urgent, do notify our team at Crisp Chatbox or Whatsapp (011-50000313)

f. Current Pick Up hours :
Melaka = Mon – Sat, 9.30AM until 5.30PM
Cyberjaya = Tue – Sun, 10.30AM until 6.30PM

g. We reserve the right to change the pickup date if the date happens to fall on a Closing and or any Public Holidays.
