Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy​

Pick-up, Delivery and Shipping Orders

a. Here, in PLNT.co, we will make sure all our product is process and shipped in good condition. As all items gone through quality-check process before shipped out, we guarantees every items will arrive safely, and all plants are guaranteed for 48 hours after delivered.

b. Following reason will not be considered as a valid ground for a return, refund and exchange such as ‘Change of Mind’, ‘Don’t Want it Anymore’, ‘Bought the Wrong Product’, ‘Order it Wrongly’, ‘Want to Change to Other Item’ & ‘Not as per advertised’.

c. For postage, every plant is fragile and the shipping process is not always kind (and sometimes doormen and messenger centers are even less kind). Please ensure and inspect the package arrived is in good condition, if you notice the package or items lost or damaged when receiving, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and immediately contact us with photo of your damaged items via WhatsApp at +6011-50000383 (Delivery/Pickup) or +6011-50000313 (Postage). From here we can work with you to see if we need to file a claim with the shipping company or if the damage was on our end.

d. Returns / Exchanges are strictly reserved for cases of mistaken delivery (all items), wrong product sent by our staff (all items) or product defects and damages (all items except plants). Customer must consult first with our team through WhatsApp at +6011- 50000383 (Delivery & Pickup) or +6011-50000313 (Postage).

e. We only accept returns for plants 48 hours (if applicable) after delivered and unused pots & other items for up to 5 days after delivered. We are unable to accept anything outside of our store longer than the stated duration due to the unknown environment plants can be exposed to or any damage occurs after leaving our studio.

f. To return your product, you should send your product to:

g. If you opt for return, you will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

h. If your refund/return is approved, we will initiate a refund according to the plant condition (either partial or full refund) to your bank account (or original method of payment). Your refund amount will be processed within 1-3 working days.

i. The amount of refund (partial or full refund) depends on what was wrong with the item received by the customer.

j. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If refund takes longer time to receive than the duration stated, please contact us through WhatsApp at +6011-50000383 (Delivery/Pickup) or +6011-50000313 (Postage)

In Store Shopping

a. All products and plants sold are non-refundable as they were hand-picked by customers while customers were in the store. We are unable to accept anything outside of our store longer than the stated duration due to the unknown environment items can be exposed to or any damage occurs after leaving our studio.

 

b. All promotional/ sales items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

We reserve the rights to change these policy at any time without prior notice.
